Dr. Kerry Neal is the Founder and Chief Change Agent of Black Love Reimagined (BLR), a nonprofit dedicated to promoting harmonious love within the Black community and providing essential tools for better decision-making in the dating scene.

He also hosts and moderates the podcast Urban Birds and Bees, a platform for discussions about all aspects of Black relationships and personal growth. Additionally, Dr. Neal is a philanthropy executive responsible for raising vital charitable support to advance higher education initiatives. He is a weekly contributor to the Inland Valley News, with an article called “Dope Dating Advice with Dr. Kerry Neal,” and has frequently appeared on “Messy Mondays,” a segment on the popular morning radio show First Things First with Dominique DiPrima on KBLA 1580 AM, Los Angeles.

Dr. Neal received his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Cal State San Bernardino, and his research focused on why Black men often shy away from becoming K-12 teachers. Dr. Neal’s undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton, and his graduate degree is in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne.

Dr. Neal is divorced and a single father to three children from his marriage (Michael, Nate, and Danielle)—and a young teen named Nick who is entering high school and is a technology and music producing junkie.
